Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Nationwide Fencing Supplies Ltd., you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as outlined below. If you do not accept these terms in full, please refrain from placing an order on our website or through our customer service team.

Order Acceptance
All orders placed with Nationwide Fencing Supplies Ltd. are subject to acceptance. A contract between you and us will only be formed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to payment processing, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Order Cancellation & Returns
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, simply contact us and return the goods in their original condition. Once received, we will refund the full cost of the goods, including any applicable delivery fees, within 30 days.

Pricing
All prices displayed are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The amount charged to your payment method will depend on your provider’s exchange rate and any additional charges they may apply.

Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver your fencing supplies promptly within 2–5 working days, although certain locations may require additional time. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, these are not guaranteed. If delays occur, we will keep you informed and offer alternatives, including refunds if applicable. All transactions with Nationwide Fencing Supplies Ltd. are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
