20mm Plum Slate – 20kg Weatherproof Bag contains decorative natural slate chippings for adding colour and texture to paths, borders, rockeries and landscaped areas. The predominantly flat, angular pieces settle together to create a neat surface that is comfortable for pedestrian use. Plum and purple tones appear softer when dry and become deeper and more vivid after rainfall or washing, providing a distinctive alternative to conventional gravel.
Plum slate is a durable, low-maintenance ground covering that will not rot or decompose like bark mulch. When installed over a suitable permeable weed control membrane, it can help reduce weed growth while still allowing water to reach the ground beneath.
