Insulated Fencers Graft – 54” Fibreglass (Sitemate) is a specialist digging tool for cutting deep, narrow post holes during fencing and groundwork installations. Its elongated steel blade penetrates and loosens soil while removing less surrounding material than a conventional spade. The long handle provides reach and leverage while reducing repeated bending during excavation.
The reinforced fibreglass handle is rated to BS 8020 for 1000V electrical protection, making the graft suitable for controlled digging where buried electrical services present an identified risk. Its hardened steel blade and reinforced construction support repeated site use, while the narrow profile is particularly useful for smaller fencing posts and DuraPost installations. The graft is primarily intended for cutting and loosening ground; an insulated shovel holer may be required to extract loose spoil efficiently.
